Refund Eligibility & Reimbursement for Items Damaged Upon Receipt

If you receive an item damaged, you must contact SpicyK's 5 Dollar Bling Boutique within 3 days of receiving your order. Item must be returned to SpicyK's. Once item is received, you will be sent a replacement item if available. If item is not available, you will receive a store credit. 

Refund Processing
To begin the refund process, please email with "Refund Request" in the subject line, explaining the reason for the refund request, include a photo of the item, and proof of purchase from SpicyK. Please photograph the damage or defect area of the item upon receipt. Once your refund request is received and viewed, we will reply with instructions for returning the item.

Refund Approval
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will get an email notification stating receipt of the item, whether or not refund was approved or rejected.

If approved, a replacement item shipment tracking number will be provided (if item is in stock) OR a code to use toward a future purchase from SpicyK's 5 Dollar Bling Boutique. The refund amount will include the full cost of the item plus applicable taxes, as well as your cost to ship* the original item to The Bling Jewel Boutique.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before it is shipped. Once a tracking number has been provided of your order, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of SpicyK's 5 Dollar Bling Boutique delivering your item as promised, and thereafter then becomes the responsibility of the post office. 

If, when applying your credit to a future order, your new item is shipped alone, we will incur the cost of shipping. If the new item is combined with other items, you will pay the standard shipping rate for your order.

Refund Rejection
If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to mail the item back to you. Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:
• damage from wear-and-tear due to usage
• damage from discoloration or stains caused by liquids
• damage from cleaning products
• damage from odor, including tobacco
